At Tranquil Nest Decor, your happiness is important to us, so all our products come with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase within 72 hours of receiving it, we’ll do our best to ensure you’re happy with our resolution.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

Delivered in Good Condition
If your order arrives in good condition and on time, but you wish to return it for any reason, please email support@tranquilnestdecor.com with your order number.

Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

After this period, we will be unable to process returns.

A flat-rate $7.95 handling and delivery fee for each returned unit will be applied.
Broken or Damaged Item Policy
If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a photo and your order number to support@tranquilnestdecor.com, and we will replace the item at our cost.
Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves on fast processing, shipping, and delivery. Our team prepares an order for the next shipment pickup as soon as an order is placed.

We offer a 3-hour cancellation window from the time the order is placed.

Cancellations requested after this window cannot be guaranteed, as your order may already be packed and handed off to the courier.
If you still wish to cancel after this time, you may return the package for a refund (minus the payment gateway transaction fee).

Please note: Payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay impose non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7%. These will be deducted from your refund total.
Example:
If your order total is $125 and you paid via PayPal (which charges 4.5%), your refund would be $114.60.Orders under $99 will incur a flat deduction of $7.95 per unit to cover processing fees.
Personalized Products – Return Policy
We do not accept returns for products with custom personalizations (e.g., names, dates, sign-offs).
However, we may offer store credit or a discount of up to 50% off as a resolution.
Customer Error Policy
Items cannot be returned due to customer error, so please double-check all customizations before submitting your order.

Holiday Season Policy
We do our best to ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season. However, unexpected delays may occur due to high volume, weather, or courier issues.
We appreciate your understanding that refunds cannot be issued for delays outside our control.
